200MM8寸手提式防爆防油船用轴流风机
1.0.55KW防爆手提式安全轴流风机φ300装配应*按照产品作业指导书或产品图样进行。
2.安装工作必须由专业人员进行。
3.风机在安装前,应检查铭牌上所列技术数据及使用说明书中的基本参数是否与实际使用情况相符,并检查元件是否损坏、各部位是否完好、正常。
4.安装时先将进线电缆通过引入装置接到接线腔的接线端子上,并压紧密封圈,使电缆密封好,接好接地线,紧固好螺钉。
5.上述各项检查无误后,即可通电运行。
6、设备在维护后开动时,需注意风机各部件是否正常。
7、定期检查电机与机壳连接螺栓的紧固情况,检查风机叶轮上各螺栓的紧固情况,检查减振器连接螺栓的紧固情况。
8、定期检查风机是否运行在工况范围。
9、定期清除叶片表面积灰、污垢等杂质。
10、定期为电机轴承更换润滑脂,一般为三个月加一次,也可按实际情况更换润滑脂。
11、风机应定期检查绝缘情况、螺栓是否松动。(注意:润滑脂质量不良,易造成电机轴承温升过高。)
12.风机不得随意拆卸,维护时,须断开前级电源后才可开盖检修。
13.在维修过程中不得损坏隔爆面,合好盖,紧固后即可使用。
14.风机应定期检查,发现零件损坏应及时更换。

8. Regularly check whether the fan is operating within the working conditions.
9. Regularly remove impurities such as dust and dirt on the surface area of the leaves.
10. Regularly replace grease for motor bearings, usually once every three months, and the grease can also be replaced according to the actual situation.
11. The fan should regularly check the insulation and whether the bolts are loose. Note: The quality of grease is poor, which is easy to cause the temperature of motor bearings to rise too high.)
12. The fan shall not be disassembled at will. During maintenance, the front power supply must be disconnected before the cover can be opened for repair.
13. Do not damage the explosion-proof surface during the repair process. Close the cover and use it after tightening.
14. The fan should be inspected regularly, and the damaged parts should be replaced in time.
